The SOP

Deal Flow

From a prepared lead to a collected deal — the same path every time.

  1. 1
Setter hands you a prepared, committed lead with notes in the Google Calendar event — review them before you join.
  2. 2
Run the call. The setter stays on for the upfront commitment, then you take over.
  3. 3
If you need to feed the setter a handle, use the private Zoom chat only they can see.
  4. 4
Send the agreement via PandaDoc and collect.
  5. 5
Log the deal in your production sheet the same day: Sales, Collections, Major/Basic/Intro Units, and a Notes entry naming the client and terms.

The Standard

Standards of Production & Your Production Sheet

Closers fill theirs out daily too. Your phases move as fast as you produce — not by the calendar.

The standard

You fill out your production sheet every single day. As a closer, your numbers center on:

  • Demos Conducted
  • Intro Units · Basic Units · Major Units
  • Sales
  • Collections
  • Phone Calls · DMs · Call Connects (follow-up activity)

Your phases move as fast as you produce — not by the calendar.

How to use your production sheet

  1. 1
Open your assigned production sheet — everyone gets one created under their name in the master file (link in Quick Access).
  2. 2
Each day, open the current month tab and log your numbers on that day's row, plus a Notes entry for any deal detail.
  3. 3
The sheet auto-rolls your daily totals into Monthly Targets, Remaining, Days Left, and Run-Rate so you always know your pace.
  4. 4
Update it at the end of every working day before you log off.

Communication

Support: Who to Go to for What

Right channel, right person.

  • Ops / account issues — CRM access, company email, PandaDoc access → the Executive Assistant, via the support ticket channel.
  • Closing support — deal help, objection or pricing strategy → post in the relevant public channel, give context, and tag ONE relevant person. Don't tag @everyone or all of leadership.
